How the form, email choices and connected registration services handle information.

Effective 14 October 2026 · Last updated 24 October 2026 · Revision 7

1. Scope and responsibility

This notice covers the Spicy Hookups landing page at spicyhookups.online and related pages displaying it. Spicy Hookups collects and refers registration and email-marketing requests; it does not send emails. Dating advertisers send the emails. The Website operator remains responsible for processing it determines, including its collection and disclosure of information. Dating advertisers, the connected registration service and onward services have responsibilities for processing they determine under their actual arrangements and applicable law.

This notice does not publish a specific company name, postal address, email address or named hosting provider. The Website currently has no dedicated privacy-request contact channel. These omissions do not remove duties to identify the responsible party, provide required information or make privacy rights usable.

2. Information used

InformationSource and use
Email addressThe valid email address you enter is included in your registration request when you click “Submit”. By entering that address and clicking “Submit”, you give consent to sharing it with dating advertisers and receiving their marketing emails. Enter an address you control. Merely entering it is not a promise that an account or subscription has been created.
Gender and birth dateYour selected gender and entered day, month and year are included in a valid submission. The connected form service may combine the date parts into a complete birth-date field. The age checks on this page use your declaration; they do not verify an identity document.
Consent and Terms informationA valid submission includes the email-marketing request, the email-submission method, the consent-wording version, a browser-generated submission timestamp, Terms acceptance and the Terms version. The Terms checkbox is shown and required unless the URL contains click_id. If click_id is present, the checkbox and its associated text are hidden; the email-marketing request is still recorded on submission. These browser fields describe the submitted request; they do not independently establish legally valid consent.
Comment likes and repliesWhen you like a comment or add a reply, this browser stores the comment identifier, your like choice, reply text and its creation time on your device. This comment feature does not send them to a shared comment server. These interactions are separate from the registration and email-marketing request.
Link parametersIncoming query values, such as campaign, offer or click identifiers, may be handled and forwarded by the registration script for routing and attribution. This can include personal information if someone puts it in the URL. Do not place passwords, intimate details or unnecessary personal information in a link.
Technical informationRequests for the page, remote registration script and media reveal ordinary network information such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser headers to the receiving infrastructure. Security, error and access records may also be processed. URL parameters may appear in logs or browser history before form submission.

The page does not request GPS permission, payment-card details, identity-document uploads or a photograph. The six background images may be requested before you answer the age question. The slideshow is initially blurred, becomes clear after “Yes”, and is hidden and unloaded after “No”. It changes images every three seconds; visitors who prefer reduced motion see a still image. Blur is a visual effect, not verified age assurance or server-side access control.

3. What happens when you submit

Form controls first check the adult declaration, date and email format. The button is labeled “Submit”. When the URL does not contain click_id, you must check the box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions before submitting. When click_id is present, the checkbox and its associated text are hidden and the checkbox is not required. Other URL parameters do not hide it. Entering a valid email address and clicking “Submit” is the recorded email-marketing request in both cases. If the checks pass, the existing registration integration receives the form fields, consent information and any route-specific URL information.

The integration can make a further routing request and open or redirect to an external destination. Loading a destination creates additional network requests, and that service can collect information under its own notice. There is no guarantee that a form submission results in an accepted registration or subscription.

This Website asks supporting browsers to omit the HTTP referrer header. This does not remove information deliberately included in a request body or destination URL, or prevent ordinary server logs. The form does not itself provide a server-side database or independently verify what records the connected systems retain.

4. Purposes and lawful processing

The form information is used to handle the registration request, check declared adult eligibility, route the request, document the choice made and protect service operation. Technical information can support delivery, security, error diagnosis and applicable legal duties.

Entering a valid email address in the form and clicking “Submit” expresses consent to sharing your email address with dating advertisers and receiving their dating introductions, dating-service offers and promotional messages, including automated and computer-generated messages. Spicy Hookups passes the request through the connected registration service. Advertisers use the information to handle the request, send any authorized emails and manage withdrawal. Marketing must stay within the disclosed scope and meet any requirement to identify the advertiser and obtain valid sender-specific consent. Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, each purpose needs an appropriate basis, such as valid consent for the requested marketing, processing necessary for a genuinely requested service or contract, a binding legal obligation, or a properly assessed legitimate interest. This notice is not proof that every possible downstream use meets those conditions.

Completing a dating form may reveal sensitive context or permit inferences about a person’s sex life or sexual orientation. Such information must not be treated as unrestricted marketing data. Any collection, inference or use requiring an additional special-category condition, explicit consent or risk assessment must satisfy that requirement separately. The Terms and age buttons do not supply that authorization.

5. Email choices and automated content

By entering a valid email address in the form and clicking “Submit”, you give consent to sharing your email address with dating advertisers and receiving their marketing emails. These include dating and promotional emails and automated or computer-generated messages described in the Terms. This submission-based request applies whether or not the Terms checkbox is displayed. Spicy Hookups does not send these emails. Each advertiser must establish that the permission validly covers it; where the law requires named senders, its identity must be disclosed before consent is obtained. Merely typing or autofilling an email address without submitting is not consent. Computer-generated messages can use fictional scenarios and do not necessarily come from a real person seeking to meet you or represent a real person’s interest.

All validated submissions report the email-marketing request, the email-submission method, the consent-wording version and the submission timestamp. The checkbox and agreement text are hidden only when the URL contains click_id, including an empty value. Without that parameter, the checkbox is required. No submission record is created by typing, autofilling or leaving the form without submitting. Any advertiser relying on the request must still establish that the consent is valid for that advertiser and the proposed messages.

You may withdraw marketing permission at any time. Any marketing sent under this permission must provide a working, straightforward unsubscribe method. Use the unsubscribe or preference control in each advertiser’s message. An opt-out from one advertiser may not cover other advertisers unless the control expressly says so. Withdrawal must be respected within the applicable legal period; refusing marketing must not cause unlawful discrimination.

Consent information sent by the browser is not independent proof of identity or a complete compliance record. Each receiving service and advertiser is responsible for the records and processing it controls, including verifying the permission it relies on, suppressing opted-out addresses and handling required unsubscribe requests. Spicy Hookups does not operate the advertisers’ mailing or unsubscribe databases. These roles do not remove the Website operator’s own data-protection responsibilities.

6. Recipients and external services

Your email address, submitted registration fields and consent record may pass through the connected registration and routing service to dating advertisers to handle the registration and email-marketing request. Dating advertisers are third-party recipients and the senders of any resulting marketing emails. Infrastructure, security and email-delivery providers may also handle information to support the relevant services. Campaign or referral arrangements may involve attribution or conversion reporting. Any disclosure must have an appropriate purpose, legal basis and required safeguards; this notice does not give every advertiser unrestricted access or permission to email you.

The external registration script runs within the page and can access page information. Its loading itself causes a request to its provider. An onward service may set its own cookies, collect further details or use other tracking. These notices do not establish that all separate systems have identical settings or responsibilities.

Information may also be disclosed where necessary and lawful to meet a binding legal requirement or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. General reference to service providers is not blanket permission to sell, share or use personal information for unrelated advertising.

7. Cookies and browser storage

The registration form controls use temporary page memory rather than creating a local account or saving questionnaire answers to browser storage. The comment feature saves likes and replies in local storage under the key “spicyhookups-comments-v1” after you interact with it, so they can reappear on the same device. It stores at most 20 replies per preset comment, with up to 1,000 characters per reply. Undo a like, delete a reply or clear this website’s browser data to remove the corresponding saved content. There is no automatic expiry. If storage is unavailable, changes last only for the current page visit. Browser history, caching, autofill and the browser’s own privacy settings operate separately. Closing the page does not erase information already submitted or logged by another system.

This notice does not provide a verified inventory of every infrastructure or external-service cookie. Any non-essential cookie, equivalent identifier or tracking activity must have the information and choices required by applicable law before it is used. Terms acceptance and URL parameters do not constitute cookie consent.

Where law requires an opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, or recognition of an applicable preference signal, those duties remain in force. The presence of a general privacy policy is not a substitute for working controls.

8. Retention and international processing

Local page state normally resets on reload; a browser may temporarily retain a page through history or tab restoration. Submitted information, technical logs, consent records and any necessary suppression records can be retained separately by the systems receiving them.

This notice does not state a verified fixed retention period for those systems. Retention must be limited to justified needs, such as handling the request, maintaining an active permission, honoring an opt-out, investigating an incident or meeting binding recordkeeping duties. Unnecessary records must not be retained indefinitely, and a justified legal hold does not authorize unrelated use.

Service infrastructure or support access may involve more than one country. This notice does not identify processing countries or confirm a specific transfer safeguard. Where applicable law restricts transfers, a valid mechanism and any necessary additional protections are required. Agreeing to these Terms is not blanket permission for an unlawful transfer.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to obtain information about processing, access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion or restriction, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or object to qualifying processing. Where direct-marketing objection rights apply, you may object to that use at any time.

Qualifying regional laws may also provide rights concerning sale, sharing, targeted advertising, certain sensitive-information uses, authorized agents, appeals and non-discrimination. These rights depend on the law’s scope and lawful exceptions.

The Website currently has no published email, postal address or privacy-request form. This does not waive your rights or the responsible party’s obligation to provide a usable channel, proportionate verification, timely responses and an appeal where required. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or intimate information through an unverified channel.

For information held by an external account or service, use the privacy methods it publishes. For marketing, use the sender’s unsubscribe method. You may complain to a competent privacy regulator or pursue another available legal remedy; a complaint to a regulator does not replace the responsible party’s own duties.

10. Children, security and changes

The Website is intended for adults aged at least 18, subject to a higher local minimum where applicable. It does not knowingly invite children to subscribe. The age declaration and birth-date calculation are client-side checks and cannot establish compliance with every jurisdiction’s age-assurance rules.

Appropriate security and access measures must protect the actual processing. No internet service can promise absolute confidentiality or anonymity. Use a private device where appropriate, avoid sharing unnecessary details and remember that adult-content browsing can reveal context through network requests.

The date above identifies this notice. Material changes to processing require updated information and any fresh choice or consent that the law requires. A later version cannot retroactively authorize an unlawful use.
